What the photos show
Before. The original mechanical room held several older boilers with their burners, gas trains and flue piping. At their bases, the photos show corrosion, rust staining and water damage on the concrete pads — typical of boilers late in their service life.
After. The upgraded room shows a bank of four stainless high-efficiency boilers mounted in a row on a steel stand, with new hydronic supply and return piping, red-painted heating circuits, circulator pumps, an expansion tank and wall-mounted controls, alongside insulated piping and new venting.
Waywest removed the building's old boiler system and installed a new high-efficiency plant: four SL-series condensing boilers, with new piping and controls.
