Rebates worth thousands, if the paperwork is right
Heat pumps, high-efficiency furnaces and heat pump water heaters all carry rebates through CleanBC Better Homes, BC Hydro and FortisBC. Most of those programs will only pay out if the work was done by a contractor registered with the BC Home Performance Contractor Network.
Waywest is registered. We check which rebates your equipment and home qualify for before we install anything, and we hand you the documentation the program asks for.

Do you charge for after-hours emergency calls?
After-hours and weekend calls are billed at an emergency rate rather than our standard hourly rate. We tell you the rate on the phone before a technician is dispatched, so there is no surprise on the invoice. Call 250-616-1446 any hour of the day.
Which Vancouver Island communities does Waywest serve?
We work from Victoria to Port Hardy, with most of our crews based out of Nanaimo. That covers Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Ladysmith, Duncan, Chemainus, Crofton, Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, Campbell River, Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet. Travel time outside the Nanaimo area is quoted before we book the call.
Can one company really handle plumbing, heating and refrigeration?
